Unmetered Servers

I am looking to put my new site on a 20 mpbs unmetered server. I have looked into servermatrix and hivelocity.com; but, are there other companies out there that you guys recommend?

I am terrible at dealing with servers. I know nothing about that side of the internet business! So…good customer service is important for me!

btw, I am going to upgrade the server with cpanel (has MSQL); however, what are the advantages of having a dedicated MSQL? Is that overkill? I will be using MSQL…

btw…I am looking for a price range at around 300$/month.

MSSQL is a Microsoft server and very pricy, are you sure they didn’t mean MySQL as there is no version of Cpanel for Windows. MySQL is as good and free.

If you need a high level of customer support ThePlanet and ServerMatrix are nice, you might also contact a good hosting company that is smaller and see if they can get you one custom, cost a little more but might be worth it for personal customer support and fully managed services.

Nope it can run on the same box, only if you had a really intensive site would you need that.

Rackforce offers 10 Mbps and 50 GB pre-paid. I have not tried them yet, just wanted to let you know in case you did not check them out yet. Maybe, they will also do 20 Mbps, if you ask.

They will charge for every single service they offer though.
