We apologize for the delay in response. Our records show that your domain name was recently renewed through 2010.

If you would like to create a separate account with Hostway, where you can manage your domain name, you have one of two options:

1) You can have the account holder request to have it separated, which we will do with verification of account ownership.

2) If you are still having trouble contacting the account holder, we can have you verify domain name ownership by faxing over documents that prove you are the registrant on the account.

If you have any further questions, you can also reach the Billing Team Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST at 866-HOSTWAY (866-467-8929) option 3 and then option 3 again.
