What is Your Experience Advertising with AdBrite

I am using AdBrite for 1-2 months already sometime more successfully sometime less and would like to hear what is your experience with them as advertisers?

For example:

* how quick do they respond to customer support requests. I am not asking about the automated reply
* Do you often get in the situation when you pay for advertising on web site, they approve your ad and then they do not show it? What you do in such case?
* Do you often have situation when your ad is waiting approval forever ? What do you do in that case?
I do not see any possibility to cancel or to delete the ads which are approved but not shown and which are “waiting approval” but neither get approval nor get rejected?
The only option I see is to cancel the recurency, but it will affect the ad only after the period for which has been payed expire. So , how to get back and reuse the money from the publishers that are not correct ?

Have you been dealing with similar problems?

so far the conversions has been pretty good for us and its much easier to control compare to other text ads. the onli problem i do not like is that they changed their model from a CPC to a CPM model and some sites that used to convert didnt convert anymore.

To answer your questions
1) If you are spending $500 or more each month, you should have an account manager. response is about 1 day

2) Yes, it all depends on the CPM rate you offer. sometimes it doesnt give u impressions because either the site is sold out or u are under bidding

3) Thats becuase the publisher doesnt like the ads or the products you are selling so probably the publisher doesnt want to approve your ads

4) well u cant delete the ads but u can deactivate them. if you paid for 1 month of text ads u cant stop halfway, you got to use to all. you wont get your money back too…

Your answer just confirms what I suspected. Obviously I could not expect any better performance from both my ads and AdBrite services
